FxSound Enhancer is intended to make your listening experience more pleasant by improving the quality of audio streams. This possibility is not limited to standard media players because the program can enhance any sound that your computer’s card produces. Actually, it installs a virtual card that reprocesses sound frequencies. Thus, it lets you enjoy listening to not only music but also films and games.
The tool’s interface could not be any easier to use. It has four tabs, the first of which shows audio as a spectrum. The second and the third tabs are where configuring the sound output really occurs. They allow you to set different levels of fidelity, ambiance, 3D surround, dynamic boost, and bass. Likewise, there is a graphical equalizer with multiple presets.
All in all, FxSound Enhancer really enhances your system’s audio output, and it can even simulate 7.1 surround sound. However, I could not assess all the program’s capabilities because its trial version is severely restricted in terms of features. It does not allow using presets or saving the ones you create. Moreover, it gives limited access to sound effects, and in the case of 3D surround, it cannot even be turned on. The product is available in two versions: Standard and Premium, with different prices and features.
